The personal data provided to our company by our clients is intended solely to fulfill their requests and may be disclosed to Public Services and judicial authorities as required by law.

Under the law, clients may and should request from the Company access to or rectification/update of their personal data.

In accordance with the provisions of the current data protection legislation, your personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by our company (customer record in the billing program) for the purpose of maintaining the commercial relationship.

Furthermore, please note that, in order to fully manage the services requested from us (one-off interventions, maintenance, repairs, sales), your personal data may be shared with entities that provide services to us, namely subcontracted entities such as accounting, financial, insurance, etc.

Scope of our company: commercial activity in the field of hydraulic equipment intended for Residential, Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, and Environmental Buildings, such as supply stations, fire network pressurization stations, wastewater and stormwater pumping stations, groundwater extraction pumps, domestic water supply pumps, rainwater harvesting systems, and other equipment integrated into these systems.
