The personal data provided to our company by our customers, are intended only to fulfill their requests, and this data can be delivered to the Public Services and the judicial authorities by virtue of a legal provision.
Under the terms of the law, customers can and should request the Company to access or rectify / update their personal data.
In accordance with the data protection law in force, your personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by our company (customer billing program file), in order to maintain the business relationship.
It is further informed that, in order to fully manage the services requested from us (individual intervention, maintenance, repair, sale), your personal data may be transferred to the entities that provide services to us, namely subcontracted entities, such as: accounting, financial, insurance, etc.
Scope of our company: commercial activity in the area of hydraulic equipment, destined to Residential, Commercial, Municipal, Industrial and Environmental Buildings, such as supply stations, pressurization plants of the fire network, wastewater and storm water pumping stations, water pumps groundwater collection, domestic consumption supply pumps, rainwater recovery system and other equipment that are integrated in these systems.
